I have arranged for click and collect – how long do I have to wait?

We aim to have Click and Collects ready at the Fulton Outfitters store with 5 working days of order placement. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Excludes pre-order items.

I would like to collect from Bay Campus, is this possible?

Click and collects are currently only available from Singleton, but we can have it sent to Bay campus if you select the delivery option

I have placed an online order and selected delivery; how long should it take for my item to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders with 10 working days of the date placed. 

This excludes pre-order items?

Deliveries to the UK take 3-5 working days to arrive from the dispatch date.

International delivery can take up to 14 working days from the dispatch date.

Postal services cannot be upgraded. 

Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

I would like to refund or exchange my product; how would I go about doing this?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
