I have arranged for click and collect – how long do I have to wait?

We aim to have Click and Collect ready at the Fulton Outfitters store with 5 working days of order placement. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. This excludes pre-orders.

I would like to collect from Bay campus, is this possible?

Click and Collect is currently only available from Singleton campus.

I have placed an online order and selected delivery - how long should it take for my item to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders with 10 working days of the date placed. 

Deliveries take 3-5 working days to arrive from the dispatch date.

 Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.

Please note, we are currently only able to offer delivery within mainland UK.

I would like to refund or exchange my product; how would I go about doing this?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
